When she first began Pilates she instantly fell in love with the Method, and completed her teacher training through Pilates Core Integration under Virginia Nicholas. She has taught at Moving Breath Pilates, ballet schools, and fitness facilities.
She is extremely passionate about Pilates because everyone can realize its benefits. "What attracted me to Pilates instead of other methods is that it teaches the body to move at the most basic level. Because it requires an equal balance of strength and precision, Pilates is a continual challenge."
